Spend time first on the most important...Prioritize. Spend time first on the most important things in the course that you don't already know/understand. Work down the list as you come to understand each item. The prof may give some questions to separate the A's from the B's, but if s/he's at all fair, knowing the important stuff should be what you need to pass.
